How 12pmhub collects, uses, protects, exports, and deletes member data.

Data we process

We process account identifiers, profile choices, discussions, replies, messages, moderation reports, security events, coarse IP-region labels, and the preferences needed to provide the forum.

Why we process it

We use data to operate accounts and conversations, prevent abuse, deliver notifications and requested translations, enforce community rules, secure the service, and meet valid legal obligations.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. Service providers receive only the data needed for hosting, email, storage, malware scanning, translation, and operations. Retention follows the documented account-deletion, security, moderation, and backup schedules.

Your controls

Members can edit profile visibility, download a structured account export from Settings, and request account deletion. Export files remain private, links are short-lived, and completed files expire after 48 hours.
