Terms of service

The agreement for creating an account and using the 12pmhub community.

Your account

Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and use one person’s account only with their permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your active sessions.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant 12pmhub a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, format, translate, and display it only as needed to operate and improve the forum and to preserve lawful records.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Community Guidelines and applicable law. Do not interfere with the service, scrape private data, evade controls, upload malware, or use the forum to facilitate fraud or harm.

Service changes and enforcement

Features may change or be unavailable. We may preserve evidence and restrict accounts to protect members or comply with law. Material policy changes receive a new version and, when required, members must explicitly consent again before continuing protected actions.
